Diddy Ordered To Pay $100 MILLION In Sexual Assault Case -- Details!

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

Diddy was just hit with an EXPENSIVE court order amid all of his ongoing legal issues.

The disgraced rapper has been ordered to pay $100 MILLION to Michigan inmate Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, who is currently incarcerated for unrelated reasons, after the latter filed an explosive lawsuit earlier this year. Yes, that’s a NINE FIGURE court order! Whoa!!

You see, these two allegedly go way back. According to court docs, Diddy sexually assaulted Derrick at a party in Detroit in 1997. Derrick had been working at a local restaurant at the time when he and the I’ll Be Missing You rapper met a group of women at a party. According to the legal docs, the two men were having sex with the group of women when Derrick claimed he felt Diddy’s hand touching him. Later, he claimed Diddy gave him a drink which he believed to be spiked with drugs that made him fall unconscious. When he woke up, he claimed that he saw Diddy having sex with a woman before the rapper turned to him and allegedly said:

“I did this to you too.”

Whoa…

Derrick also claimed that Diddy paid him a visit in prison in August offering him $2.3 mil to settle the lawsuit. But the inmate declined, and recalled Diddy allegedly telling him, “You know how we get down.” Derrick responded:

“I disagree with how you get down.”

Derrick obtained a temporary restraining order that same month, but get this — the main reason Diddy was ordered to pay the jaw-dropping amount of money this week was because he didn’t even show up to the virtual hearing on Monday! So it was a default judgment! The Metro Times reported that Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Anna Marie Anzalone ordered the Bad Boy Records founder to begin monthly payments of $10 million starting in October.

WOW!

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo has since told Page Six that he “looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed.” The attorney added:

“This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years. His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit.”

However, according to the Metro Times, Derrick provided the court with prison facility information showing the embattled rapper’s name on the correctional center’s visitation log… so has Diddy really “never heard of him”??

Wow. We’ll just have to see how things play out, and if those monthly payments begin soon. Reactions??
