It’s so sad to see that even though she’s an adult, they are STILL pitting their child against each other.
Lindsay Lohan has already spoken out to the press in defense of Dina after the pair’s violent, early morning scuffle last week – even going as far to deny claims she made that her mother was high on coke and scold her father, whom she had called for help at time, for releasing a recording of the events!
However, that’s apparently NOT enough for the Long Island matriarch, who reportedly is seriously pressuring her child – as well as Ali, Michael Jr. and Cody – to get a permanent RESTRAINING order against Michael Lohan, which would effectively ban her from having any contact with him whatsoever!
However, even though the troubled starlet has already claimed to be “done” with him, sources close to her claim she’s hesitant to take this kind of step, as she feels it’s too extreme…and given her history with the courtroom, she doesn’t exactly feel like going there on her own free terms!
Ha!
Of course, Michael himself is already aware of the move and ready with a response, which reads:
“I suppose Dina got wind that I want the court and Child Protective Services to investigate her!”
Ugh.
Can you even believe these two? They’re pulling the same bull shiz that set Lindsay down the self-destructive path that she is on!
How is she even going to grow as a person and come into her own if the only relationship she understands with her parents is one that involves playing them against each other? Clearly, those are the only ideals either of them have ever placed value on!
Here’s hoping that this is a pattern she’ll eventually realize, and find the strength to do what’s necessary and cut them BOTH out of her life.
At this point, we think it’s the only chance she has to really pull herself out of this mess she calls a career.
