A woman who had an accident and was left in a wheel chair and on pain killers has had her dog kidnapped.
The kidnappers demanded her pain killers (which she needs to function day-to-day) and $1000.
If she doesn’t pay up, they’re threatening to torture then kill her dog.
Police have been unable to find the kidnappers so far.
