Discovery Gunman Shot, In Police Custody! Hostages Released!

Officers shot the suspect at 4:48 p.m., Chief Tom Manger said. The gunman’s condition was not immediately known.
He hasn’t been removed from the building. Manger said the gunman had a device or devices strapped to his body, and the “device appeared to go off,” Manger said.
