Disney Influencer Dead At 34 After Allergic Reaction At Holiday Event -- Shocking Claims Of Negligence Emerge!

Disney Influencer Dead At 34 After Allergic Reaction At BoxLunch Event -- Shocking Claims Of Negligence Emerge!

A Disney fanatic has tragically passed away after unknowingly eating food she was allergic to during a holiday event.

Dominique Brown, a Long Beach-based Disney influencer, has sadly died at just 34 years old after attending an event put on by BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer, on December 5. DailyMail.com reported over the weekend that multiple attendees claimed she ate a food item she was ASSURED did not contain the specific ingredient she was allergic to — but it actually did.

How horrible. And negligent!

@obbsessionss on X (Twitter) claimed Dominique was their mom’s “best friend of 10 years” and that she was told by multiple people her meal was allergy free and safe to consume. But soon after, she began feeling under the weather and asked to be taken to the hospital, but no one would allegedly budge. They wrote on Saturday:

“She was my moms best friend of 10 years. She asked if there was peanuts in the food and everyone told her no. When she instantly felt bad she asked someone to take her to the hospital, everyone said no and to take pictures first. So sad.”

WTF. That’s AWFUL! This woman was literally dying and all everyone cared about was allegedly taking pictures?!

People reported Dominique was given CPR at the event and that 911 was called, but sadly to no avail. In the wake of the tragedy, BoxLunch, whose parent company is Hot Topic, issued the following statement to the outlet:

“We are devastated by the passing of Dominique Brown, a beloved member of the BoxLunch Collective, who suffered a medical emergency at an event hosted by BoxLunch on Thursday in Los Angeles. Our hearts go out to her family and friends, and we will do everything we can to support them and the members of the BoxLunch Collective and our team during this painful time.”

But fans have since come down on the brand for continuing to post advertisements the same day as her death. And many are wondering why no one has taken accountability for the lack of food knowledge or protocol at the event.

In the wake of Dominique’s tragic passing, her brother Patrick Ramos took to her social media to share a statement:

“I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to her social media fam for showing her so much love and light. Disney did bring her joy, but it was unparalleled that she found a community who loved her and Disney as much as she did. I will miss my sister and best friend and that infectious smile she always had. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.”

Dominique was widely known for co-creating BlackGirlDisney after noticing a lack of representation in the Disney-influencer space. Truly a beam of light to so many. Our heart is broken for her family and loved ones! Rest in peace.
