This isn’t good.
On Wednesday, it was revealed by TMZ that Disney star Debby Ryan was arrested for driving while drunk. Yikes!
Apparently, the Jessie actress was cruising around El Lay last week around 11 p.m. when she crashed her 2016 Audi into a Mercedes after making a left hand turn. The cops who responded to the scene gave the 22 year old a field sobriety test… which she obviously failed.

The officers then promptly arrested Miz Ryan for a felony DUI. Well that’s definitely intense!
It’s said that the driver Debby crashed into was injured. Not to mention, it is standard procedure for the police to issue a felony arrest when a victim is in need of medical attention following an accident. The more you know!
Luckily, the TV starlet will not be facing felony charges as the police have bumped the case down to a simple misdemeanor because she “only” blew a .11 — which is slightly over the legal limit.
Reportedly, Ryan was released on a $100,000 bail but not before she was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher. Her reps have yet to comment on the situation.
