But now, it might be up to a dog named Buster to finally crack the case!
Elizabeth Short‘s gruesome murder has become El Lay’s most historic cold case, with movies and other media capitalizing on the bizarre facts surrounding Short’s death.
Buster has been dubbed the “Wonder Dog,” due to his amazing sense of smell when it comes to old remains. The dog has had extensive training in Nevada cemeteries and he has currently sniffed out Black Dahlia clues to be analyzed this week.
And he does on it three legs after one was taken by cancer!!! AMAZING!
Buster has been enlisted by Steve Hodel, a man who believes his father, Dr. George Hodel, killed Short as well as over a dozen woman in the 1940s.
Can this super pooch get the job done??? We hope so!
