The sweet geniuses at Dominique Ansel Bakery in NYC announced their extra special plans for extra-aerated cookie dough, baked into the size of a tall shot glass!
And if you’re thinking this isn’t possible without burning the cookie, you’ve never been so wrong.
The extra-airy dough creates a crispy outside, while still staying soft on the inside—which could honestly be some sort of wizardry, no?!
The sweet treat that’s being served at this weekend’s SXSW, is served room-temperature and filled with ice-cold organic milk.
