Why is everything around the Trumps sketchy?
As we learned yesterday, Donald Trump Jr.‘s wife Vanessa Trump has filed for divorce. According to a Page Six followup, it seems she’s settled on an attorney. And her choice is… inneresting…
In a city full of lawyers specializing in divorce, she picked David Feureisen, a criminal attorney (one that defends people accused of crimes, not to be confused with Donald Trump Sr‘s lawyer, Michael Cohen, who some believe may actually *be* a criminal).

Page Six reached out to a Manhattan family law expert, Bonnie Rabin, who explained:
“It’s a curious choice if it’s an amicable separation. If it’s an amicable situation, you wouldn’t be highlighting the criminal aspect.”
So is the divorce not as “uncontested” as Vanessa claimed? Or is there something else going on??
Maybe it’s not a coincidence that Vanessa filed the same day Robert Mueller subpoenaed Trump Organization records?

Don Jr. has been officially running the business since his father became POTUS. He’s likely to be under intense scrutiny very soon.
Multiple critics on Twitter wondered on Thursday if this divorce could just be a legal move to quickly transfer some assets out of his name and out of the special counsel’s reach — something that would be all too easy in an uncontested divorce.
I refuse to joke about Vanessa Trump bc it’s NEVER funny when a couple files for an uncontested quick divorce, one where assets can be swiftly transferred, on the same day an independent special counsel subpoenas their family business. People, this could happen to you someday.

Vanessa Trump has filed for divorce from Donald Trump Jr. This seems like it may be some type of orchestrated financial move to transfer assets out of the Trump family’s name, because they know the ship is sinking

Vanessa Trump filed uncontested divorce frm Don Jr In Manhattan Supreme Court today. UNCONTESTED Gives her full custody children & all assets ($$$$$$$$$). Is this using a divorce to transfer assets to ex that make them unavailable for Fed’s to confiscate when Don Jr goes to Jail? pic.twitter.com/mVjX5acuai
