On Thursday, Donald Trump did an interview with Fox and Friends where he was asked if he got anything for Melania Trump, who turned 48 that very day.

He told the hosts:
“Well I better not get into that because I may get into trouble… Maybe I didn’t get her so much… You know, I’m very busy to be running out looking for presents, OK?”
Because he was “busy,” the businessman got Melania “a beautiful card and some beautiful flowers.” Oh boy…
Trump also revealed that he chose to do the Fox and Friends interview that day because of his wife’s special occasion.
“I picked a very, very special day because it’s Melania’s birthday so I said, let’s do it on Melania’s birthday… So happy birthday to Melania.”
