Donald Trump has apparently found his next job — and no, it’s not back in reality television!
The president joked on Tuesday that he’s ready to leave the United States and take over as prime minister of… ISRAEL?! Yes, really!

The surprising remark came during an Election Day appearance on Fox & Friends, when Trump was talking about America’s relationship with Israel and boasting about just how popular he supposedly is there.
He told the hosts:
“I’m at 99% approval rating in Israel, can you believe it? In fact, if people ever got tired of me in the US, I’ll move to Israel and become prime minister.”
WHAT?!
Well, that’s one way to handle a potential change of scenery, we suppose…
But it was the number behind his hypothetical career move that really caught our attention. Trump claimed he has a staggering 99% approval rating in Israel — and seemed convinced that kind of support would make him a natural fit for the country’s top political job.

There’s just one issue: he didn’t provide any polling evidence for that 99% claim. In fact, a Pew Research Center survey published in June found that 66% of Israelis expressed confidence in Trump to do the right thing regarding world affairs. That’s a majority, sure, but it’s also a different measure from the approval rating he was talking about — and a long way from 99%!
And here’s another twist: this wasn’t even Trump’s first time making the prime minister joke! He floated the same possibility back in May, complete with another 99% popularity boast.
So, no, we seriously doubt that there will be any actual moving announcement here. But Trump has apparently settled on his hypothetical Plan B!
