We had a feeling this was coming…
Early on Monday, Donald Trump took to Twitter and urged voters in Alabama to vote for Senatorial candidate Roy Moore as Democrats have refused to “give even one vote for massive Tax Cuts.” The president also claimed that Moore would be a savior for votes regarding “crime, illegal immigration, Border Wall, Military, Pro Life, V.A., Judges 2nd Amendment, and more.”

A handful of hours later, the Trumpster’s White House confirmed that POTUS has officially endorsed the controversial politician. CBS News shared online:

Moore’s camp confirmed the news with the following tweet:

This update is understandably troubling as Moore has been in the middle of a sexual misconduct scandal. In case you missed it, the GOP candidate has had a lengthy history of preying on underaged girls. Yup, the Commander-In-Chief is standing with an accused child predator.
Ugh.
