This… is a new one.
Donald Trump — currently serving as President of the freakin’ United States of America — went on a long Twitter rant this morning trying to talk down questions about whether he’s mentally unstable, and in doing so, made himself seem significantly more unstable.

It all started with the new book that came out yesterday, Michael Wolff‘s Fire And Fury, that gives a deep look into the Trump White House and paints a picture of The Donald as a man who doesn’t grasp cause and effect and acts like a child needing to be told things several times and in special, slower ways.
Trump, not surprisingly, lashed out hard at the book over the last few days — but it wasn’t until he took to Twitter this morning that we really got to see how out of control this man is right now.
His tweets (below):
Now that Russian collusion, after one year of intense study, has proven to be a total hoax on the American public, the Democrats and their lapdogs, the Fake News Mainstream Media, are taking out the old Ronald Reagan playbook and screaming mental stability and intelligence…..

….Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames. I went from VERY successful businessman, to top T.V. Star…..

….to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius….and a very stable genius at that!

….Yeah.
The President of the United States actually wrote that three-part message on Twitter.
2018: just as crazy as 2017!!!
He continued with other tweets overnight and this morning, too (below):
Michael Wolff is a total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book. He used Sloppy Steve Bannon, who cried when he got fired and begged for his job. Now Sloppy Steve has been dumped like a dog by almost everyone. Too bad! https://t.co/mEeUhk5ZV9

The African American unemployment rate fell to 6.8%, the lowest rate in 45 years. I am so happy about this News! And, in the Washington Post (of all places), headline states, “Trumps first year jobs numbers were very, very good.”

Brian Ross, the reporter who made a fraudulent live newscast about me that drove the Stock Market down 350 points (billions of dollars), was suspended for a month but is now back at ABC NEWS in a lower capacity. He is no longer allowed to report on Trump. Should have been fired!

Why does he say stuff like “dumped like a dog”??
Who would dump a dog?!?!
But seriously, back to this “stable genius” stuff… we know Trump’s not a genius, and it’s becoming more apparent each and every day that he’s not stable, either.
We’ve been shouting it from the rooftops for months now, but this guy doesn’t have what it take to lead the country. Your move, GOP.
