Donald Trump really is a man-baby!
Last week, UCLA basketball players LiAngelo Ball, Cody Riley, and Jalen Hill were released from China where they were facing years in prison for shoplifting.
Despite the fact experts say the young trio would likely have been released anyway, POTUS is demanding all the credit because he took the time to bring it up when meeting with President Xi Jinping.

Others aren’t so sure Trump should get his pat on the back. When asked about the role POTUS played in the release, LiAngelo’s father LaVar Ball told ESPN over the weekend:
“What was he over there for? Don’t tell me nothing. Everybody wants to make it seem like he helped me out.”
That’s when Trump raged out on Twitter like a whiny child, tweeting:
Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!

Shoplifting is a very big deal in China, as it should be (5-10 years in jail), but not to father LaVar. Should have gotten his son out during my next trip to China instead. China told them why they were released. Very ungrateful!

Jeez, how much does this guy’s ego need?
Can’t you just do a good thing without demanding a reward like a petulant child??

BTW, this is not the first time. Last week, Trump was impatient to be thanked personally by the three players, tweeting:
Do you think the three UCLA Basketball Players will say thank you President Trump? They were headed for 10 years in jail!

And guess what? They DID thank him!
