The former Hills star continued with his douchebaggery by being arrested for assault and battery!
Sources say that police were called to a Hollywood party early morning after a girl, that’s not his girlfriend, accused Jason of striking her after an argument.
Wahler was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor for battery.
The surprising thing is that he actually wasn’t arrested for another DUI, but seriously, can he just GO AWAY???
