Will MJ's Autopsy Photos Be Banned From The Trial?

If Dr. Conrad Murray has his way, yes.

Dr. Murray, who is currently standing trial for involuntary manslaughter over the death of Michael Jackson, had his lawyers file a motion this week to prevent MJ’s autopsy shots from being shown in court.

No, he isn’t trying to spare the family from reliving their loss – his concern is merely for himself. According to the motion his lawyers filed this week, the lawyers deemed the evidence, “graphic, gruesome and highly prejudicial.”

In other words, he doesn’t want the jury to see these photos, feel bad that he killed the guy (allegedly) and then deem him guilty. The less evidence shown that could prove his guilt, the better!

We know the man is supposed to be assumed innocent until proven guilty, but if that is the case, then ALL of the evidence should be shown. Then again, if it is passed around in court, we don’t envy those poor jurors. That’s something we surely would never want to see.
