Dr. Murray Won't Face Hearing Until 2011

WTF is taking so long?!
Dr. Conrad Murray will not be facing a judge again until January 2011.
“The preliminary hearing will last anywhere from 2-4 weeks,” claims a source.
It seems both camps are looking to push the judge for a date next year. During the hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence for a trial.
Although Dr. Murray has pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter resulting in the death of Michael Jackson, he may face up to four years in prison.
“Dr. Murray is having a very tough time because of the death,” added the source. “Dr. Murray regards his employees as family.”
Ha. We bet.
