Dr. Oz might be known as a savior to those who watch is TV talk-show, but his neighbors just think he is an inconsiderate egomaniac.
Oprah’s prodigal TV doc is being sued by his neighbors in Cliffside Park, NJ for planting three 46-foot cedars that ruined their view of Manhattan!
Oz’s neighbor explains in his suit that the good doctor moved in two years ago and immediately put up some bamboo trees to guard his property. When the trees started doing damage to their house, Oz’s neighbors asked that he removed them. Oz obliged, but made matters even worse by planting three gigantic trees that block their stunning view of the New York City skyline.
In their lawsuit, they explain that not only is their view destroyed, but the value of their house has been significantly dropped because of the chance. Oz’s wife, Lisa, allegedly told them the trees would keep paparazzi from intruding, but the neighbors call that a “joke.”
Yeah, we’re forced to agree on that one. No one is going to schlep all the way to New Jersey just to scope out your backyard activities. Photogs got bigger fish to fry.
Hopefully, they can all reach a compromise.
