Via Khlo├â┬⌐ Kardashian‘s personal app, famous Beverly Hills cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian opened up about treating the famous family. From Kylie Jenner‘s plump lips to Kim Kardashian West‘s attention for detail, Ourian covered it all!

While the doc has treated a BUNCH of stars including Brielle Biermann, Jwoww, and Lisa Vanderpump, he especially enjoys working with the Kardashian/Jenner clan. Simon claims he is especially proud to have taken part in Kylie’s “metamorphosis” AKA her big lips.
Speaking on his time with Jenner, S.O. revealed:
“Kylie has become very wise in what she wants to have done and she has been going through an amazing metamorphosis over the past couple of years.”
Wait… K.J. is “very wise” about collagen fillers and botox at 18-years-old?!

According to the surgeon, Kimmy is just as particular about her wants and needs:
“Kim is very detail-oriented and knows exactly what she wants and needs, so when I work on her, it is like working with a colleague and I really enjoy it.”
Hmm… maybe West has a future in the plastic surgery business! You never know!
