Drunk Driver Fails To Make Par Bail After GPS Lands Her In A Golf Course Sand Trap

That’s one way to avoid paying cart fees!
Massachussetts woman Patricia Maione is being held on $10k bail after a DUI arrest on Monday. Apparently Patricia’s GPS instructed her to take a short-cut through the 14th fairway. And she listened!
Authorities found her — still in her car — stuck in a Whitinsville Golf Club sand trap.
We wish we were kidding.
An investigating police officer commented:

“Ms. Maione stated that she did not even like golf.”

Ha!!
Look, drunk driving is NEVER funny.
It’s reckless, irresponsible, dangerous, and seven other words that all mean the same thing — so please don’t ever do it!
With that said, when technology takes over for common sense, the results are frequently HIGHlarious!!
