No porn – ├óΓé¼┼ôViewing pornography gives [men] a distorted view of women that leads them down the path of immorality and guilt.├óΓé¼┬¥ Ya, porn can be destructive, but is it realistic and fair to think that people won├óΓé¼Γäót watch it? According to studies, 1/4th of the population has porn on their smartphone. Also, ├óΓé¼┼ô50% of all Christian men and 20% of all christian women say they are addicted to pornography.├óΓé¼┬¥ That means half of the Duggar men, and 1/5th of the Duggar women, since they├óΓé¼Γäóre Christian, are likely adding images to their spank bank.
Don├óΓé¼Γäót try to change the person – ├óΓé¼┼ôMany girls think they can alter a guy at the altar. Very rarely does that work!├óΓé¼┬¥ This is according to Granny Duggar, and by golly, she├óΓé¼Γäós right! If you don├óΓé¼Γäót love the person outright, why waste your time?
If you have sex, you will getpregnantan STD and die – ├óΓé¼┼ôIf [physical intimacy] is done prematurely or with multiple partners, the very thing that was created to bring joy can bring sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV, herpes and human papillomavirus (HPV), which can cause infertility, cervical cancer and a life sentence of pain and suffering.├óΓé¼┬¥ Well, that├óΓé¼Γäós science, and yes, STDs happen, but don├óΓé¼Γäót make it sound like people who have sex with more than one person automatically get a disease!
Forgiveness is key – ├óΓé¼┼ôTwo main keys to maintaining a strong marriage are being willing to say ├óΓé¼╦£I was wrong├óΓé¼Γäó and asking ├óΓé¼╦£Will you please forgive me.├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥ We can├óΓé¼Γäót argue with this! Relationships are two sided, so forgiveness is a must!
Women liking men is ├óΓé¼╦£normal├óΓé¼Γäó – ├óΓé¼┼ôGod has created us to have a natural physical desire toward men. When these feelings arise, we thank God for making us ├óΓé¼╦£normal.├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥ Why do people use the word ├óΓé¼╦£normal├óΓé¼Γäó so insensitively?! ├óΓé¼╦£We thank God for making us ├óΓé¼╦£normal├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥?! Men aren├óΓé¼Γäót perfect – ├óΓé¼┼ôEven the best men will mess up, and if we├óΓé¼Γäóre relying on them to be perfect, we will become bitter and disillusioned when they don├óΓé¼Γäót measure up.├óΓé¼┬¥ Preach! But, to be fair, no one is perfect, man or woman. Not even you, Duggars.
While some of their facts may be off, their hearts are in a good place because who doesn’t want to have a successful relationship?!
