As we reported, the 37-year-old allegedly attacked a man at the Grand Avenue Saloon with a switchblade after the two got into an argument.
The actor and his defense lawyer, Thomas Alberti, stood before the judge and claimed that none of the bar patrons — as well as the bar’s surveillance footage — distinctly witnessed the alleged stabbing.
However, the judge disagreed, and believed there was sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
Diamond is charged with felony reckless endangerment and two misdemeanors.
He is currently out on a $10,000 bond and was given permission to leave Wisconsin in order to work.
