Magic Johnson is PUMPED about this!
Dwight Howard is heading to the Lakers in a deal that would mean the Lakers can secure Howard for an extension next summer!
So how’d they do it?
At the sake of Andrew Bynum, in a four-team deal. Bynum is now heading to Philadelphia.
Howard has even already told the Lakers he’ll sign a 5-year extension next summer, for big bucks of course!
Here’s what Magic had to say:
“That’s what makes this even more exciting and why I said what I did. We now will have our superstar when Kobe is gone. This is what the Lakers are.”
He continued:
“This makes them ahead of Oklahoma City and I think they will win the championship. It├óΓé¼Γäós just unbelievable.”
It IS pretty unbelievable — we have no idea how the Lakers end up attracting all the best talent out there!
Might be the city, might be the deep wallets — either way, it looks like the Lakers will be contending next year!
