Gleb Savchenko claims to have proof to back up his jaw-dropping allegations against Elena Samodanova.
As we previously reported, the Dancing With the Stars pro filed for an emergency child custody order this week, accusing his ex-wife of abducting their 15-year-old daughter, Olivia, and 8-year-old daughter, Zlata, and moving them to Hong Kong without his permission. Gleb also claimed Elena took their kids to a small village in Moscow despite him not wanting the kids to go to Russia amid the ongoing war — and he has the texts to back it up.

According to TMZ on Thursday, the professional ballroom dancer submitted a screenshot of Elena’s phone location pinging to Moscow. He also included a WhatsApp conversation with his law firm, in which his ex confirmed she arrived in Moscow for a family funeral. When asked if Elena had Zlata with her, she replied:
“Plz could you advice how can I connect to heating remotely?”
But his lawyer fired back:
“Please advise if Zlata is with you.”
“And if so did you get written permission from her actual father to travel there?”
Not answering the question about whether their youngest was with her, Elena only responded that she had emailed a document to Gleb’s attorney. In the declaration, the 42-year-old reality star insisted he never consented to or knew about the trip — nor would he ever allow Zlata to go to a war-torn country right now. And Gleb alleged this is one example of how Elena makes major decisions about their daughters without ever talking to him first. See the text receipt HERE.
Gleb asked for a judge to grant him temporary sole legal and physical custody of Olivia, who allegedly no longer wants to live with Elena in China after the mom made “abusive comments” toward her. He also wants no visitation from Elena, pending further court involvement after a scheduled hearing. As for his youngest? We now know he also filed a Hague Convention petition, an international legal request for Zlata’s return, since Elena is arguing Hong Kong has jurisdiction over the custody dispute.
And he’s not wrong! Elena fired back at his allegations, saying Gleb is trying “to bypass proper laws” even though the girls live in Hong Kong now. She also accused Gleb of wrongfully keeping Olivia in California by canceling her return flight!
