On Wednesday, professional skateboarder and model Dylan Rieder lost his battle with leukemia. He was 28 years old.

The athlete — who was sponsored by companies such as Birdhouse and Quicksilver — grew up in Westminster, CA and began skating when he was nine.
He also appeared in a 2014 DKNY ad with supermodels Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn.
Instead of sending flowers, Rieder’s family ask that donations be made in his donor to Dr. Stephen Forman at the City of Hope Cancer Treatment Center.
We will miss you, Dylan.
