As you’ve gotta know, Keshia Knight Pulliam is enthralled in a heated court battle with her estranged husband Ed Hartwell ever since the former footballer blindsided the 37-year-old with divorce papers right after she announced she’s expecting a baby girl. Complicated!
Well now we learn Hartwell sold his Georgia six bedroom, 8,000 square foot home just a couple of days after filing for divorce from the former Cosby Show actress, TMZ reports.
The curious part of all this is that the 38-year-old originally bought the home for $1.268 million back in 2005… and only sold it for $690K, which mean he’s out about $580K! Woof.

So why the rush??
Lisa Wu‘s ex has apparently had the property on and off the market since 2012, but decided to complete the fire sale — which most people do when they fear bankruptcy or need moola ASAP — riiiight after filing for divorce.
