Ed Sheeran is stepping onto the big screen!
On Monday, the British crooner chose the best way to reveal that he would be making a cameo in the upcoming film Bridget Jones’s Baby!
He shared a picture on set of the third installment of the classic romantic comedy series — with Renee Zellweger herself!

Teddy wrote in the caption:

AH-Mazing! Of course, this won’t be the first time Ed has tried his luck in acting!
Sheeran has played as himself before on shows like Undateable, and he portrayed a creepy character earlier this year on Kurt Sutter‘s medieval drama The Bastard Executioner!
We can’t wait to see the musician on the big screen when Bridget Jones’s Baby hits theaters September 16, 2016!
