Ed Sheeran Hits Back At Faith Hill Song Theft Claims -- Hear Both Songs And Decide For Yourself!

Ed Sheeran was accused of song thievery yet again earlier this year.
The hitmaker was sued previously by Marvin Gaye‘s family over perceived similarities between Let’s Get It On and Thinking Out Loud — a suit that was eventually dismissed.
This time he’s not just playing defense.

In January, the Lego House singer was sued over a song he wrote for Faith Hill and Tim McGraw called The Rest Of Our Life.
Apparently songwriters Sean Carey and Beau Golden think it’s too close to Jasmine Rae‘s When I Found You.
On Monday, Teddy finally responded in new legal docs obtained by TMZ, saying the songs sounded nothing alike and requesting the entire suit be dropped.
Frankly, we’re not really hearing it either — apart from the fact the two are both first-dance-at-a-wedding tracks. Listen to both tracks (below)!


We mean, they kind of sound the same… in the way ALL country love ballads sound the same these days.
