Oh MAN! As if their new single isn’t already AH-MAZING enough!
You may recall that way back when One Direction was still recording their upcoming album, Take Me Home, the boys enlisted the supremely talented Ed Sheeran to help them pen some new material!
Well, fresh on the heels of the addictive, catchy Live While We’re Young, the British singer/songwriter has revealed that one of the tracks for which he’s responsible will be hitting the airwaves next!
He explains:
“One of them is kind of a getting-back together song. One of them is an appreciation song. I can’t say the titles. The song that I think will be the single, one of the singles, is kind of a very sweet song. It was written about the best things about someone, kind of like the things you wouldn’t expect. You’ll have to hear it. I can’t really say too much ’cause it’s their album. I want them to be the first ones to announce it and stuff. The two songs that I wrote for One Direction’s album are, they’re the same subject matter as the last song I wrote for the last album ’cause they’re from the same batch of songs. They’re both about my ex-girlfriend.”
Aww! Guess all that collaborating with Taylor Swift must have rubbed off on him!
LOLz!
But hey! The best material comes from personal experience, and we have a feeling that with the help of Liam, Louis, Harry, Niall, and Zayn‘s flawless vocal stylingz, the tune-age will be done ALL KINDS of justice!
Can’t wait to hear it! How about U??
