Anyway, Edie Falco‘s new show, Nurse Jackie, opened to great reviews and even better numbers on Showtime Monday night. With the season premiere of Weeds to lead in viewers, the show attracted 1 million viewers for it’s first showing and another 350,000 for the repeat following.
The numbers make it Showtime’s most watched series premiere ever!

With such a great response to back it, the network went right ahead and ordered another 13 episode season of the show.
Can’t go wrong with a sassy medical show!
