El Chapo Recaptured After 6 Months, President Of Mexico Confirms

Guess he ran out of places to hide!
In news we never thought we’d get to share, drug lord El Chapo has reportedly been recaptured after his infamous prison escape.
Mexican President Pena Nieto confirmed the news via Twitter on Friday, alerting his country that the man had been arrested after being on the run for six months.

According to an Associated Press report, the Mexican Navy raided a home in Los Mochis based on a tip where a shootout took place, injuring one marine.
Five suspects were shot and killed while six others were arrested, including Joaquín Guzmán, aka El Chapo.
