A man was stopped going through customs at Dulles International Airport in Washington DC after elephant tails and a dried hedgehog were found in his suitcase.
WTF!?
The man from Ghana said they were for “spiritual purposes”, but never declared them on his customs form. Instead he referred to them as dried herbs and clothing.
Umm, big difference pal.
The items were eventually burned after customs officials believed they could be carrying diseases.
Ick!
