Elizabeth Edwards Has Passed Away

Shockingly, after just announcing that she was no longer in remission yesterday, Elizabeth Edwards died Tuesday morning in her North Carolina home after a 6-year battle with breast cancer.

A family friend has confirmed the news.

Edwards died surrounded by loved ones. John Edwards was reportedly at her side.
