Actress Elizabeth Pena has tragically passed away at the age of 55.

Elizabeth acted in the hit film Rush Hour, and she also portrayed the mother of Sofia Vergara‘s Gloria on Modern Family.
In addition, Elizabeth was a co-star in Jacob’s Ladder, and voiced Mirage in The Incredibles.
According to her manager Gina Rugolo, the actress suffered a brief illness prior to her passing.
