Elle King… we’re confused.
According to Elle’s Instagram (which is now private, btw), she posted a questionable and cultural appropriating pic. We’re talking a lot of insensitivity in ONE SHOT, y’all.

In the offending photo, Ms. King takes a cue from Kailyn Lowry and Justin Bieber by casually sporting dreads… in addition to a bindi. By the look of the snap, it seems like the blonde doesn’t have a care in the world!
Naturally, the post riled up and disturbed A LOT of fans. Unfortunately, the singer did NOT take the backlash well.

To be fair, Elle’s dad is Rob Schneider, an actor who has portrayed many offensive stereotypes over the years. Take a look at some of Rob’s controversial characters (below):
Well, it’s clear the rocker hasn’t had the best role model in terms of respecting other cultures.
