What’s in a name, anyway? Well, if you’re a dog, Ellen Page will decide that, thank you very much!
Ellen made her Twitter page explode with pleas from her fans for her to rename their pets, after she posted this tweet:

And like huge pet coronation ceremony, Ellen started re-dubbing dogs, cats, gerbils, and even a live person at the behest of people on Twitter. The result will give make you give her a-paws…uh, we mean applause.
We’re not sure if her renaming these pets will cause so much confusion for the animals in question that they lead some sort of pet insurrection, but time will tell. All we can say is, prepare. The Pet Wars are nigh.
