Maybe not a great idea….
The Bachelorette Emily Maynard is very serious about her engagement with the contestant who won her man she chose in the final episode.
Even though the success rate of relationships spawned from TV dating shows is like, zero, the reality star is certain her eventual marriage to Jef Holm is going to last. She’s even ready to take Holm’s last name if when they get married!
The TV dater told reporters:
“Even though I went on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, I’m pretty traditional, believe it or not. So, yeah, for sure.”
Emily, who won The Bachelor before becoming The Bachelorette, says her relationship with Jef is different than any she had before. Jef agrees:
“It doesn’t seem like we even met on a show. It’s so weird to us. We talk about it all the time. We’re just like, ‘I can’t believe we found each other the way we did.’ ”
Aw! That’s sweet, but not entirely convincing!
We’re rooting for them to stay together, but… it would surprise not us to see Emily back on the show for round three.
After all, third time’s a charm ratings jackpot!
