Uh-oh! Glambert is not going to like this! (Nor do we, to be honest!)
Eminem’s new song entitled Elevator, is getting a lot of buzz, but not in a good way. Members of the gay community are pissed to hear Fem is once again taking a swing at homosexuals.
Specifically, the allegation is that Eminem uses a play on words in order to refer to Lance Bass, Clay Aiken, and Adam Lambert as “faggots.” The verse goes:
“Sorry, Lance, Mr. Lambert and Aiken ain’t gonna make it/ They get so mad, when I call them both fake/ It’s all these fucking voices in my head, I can’t take it/ Someone shut that fucking baby up, before I shake it.”
Some people are suggesting that the phrase “fake it’s” sounds phonetically like “faggots.” We don’t think that is coincidence.
Do U?
Give the song a listen and tell us what U think. (above)
UPDATE: Seems Glambert is taking the high road on this one. On his Twitter, he wrote:
“Wow eminem mentioned me in a song?! I must be doin something right!? Even if he used the f word…. Whtev.”
Then, shortly after, he responded again: “Oh he says “fake it” my bad”
Listen again, bb! We think your initial reaction was more on target!
