Robert Jeffs, the Special Administrator of Gary Coleman‘s estate, filed a motion today in Utah requesting him to list the deceased actor’s home and adjacent lot for $324,000 because he believes the estate doesn’t have the cash to maintain and pay for the house.
Jeffs had to ask to have Gary’s belongings removed from the house so it can get cleaned up for would-be buyers.
A realtor has described the home as being in “poor/distressed condition” and apparently $7500 is needed for repairs.
Sounds like a fixer-upper for sure!
