According to ABC News reporter Terry Moran’s Twitter, President Barack Obama called Kanye West a “jackass” for his ridiculous behavior at the VMAs on Sunday. Moran’s Tweet read:
“Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a “jackass” for his outburst at the VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT’S presidential.”
The tweet was quickly removed as the quote was from an off-the-record portion of a CNBC interview taking place.
The White House has no immediate comment.
