Have you ever wondered why you get hungrier when the winter comes?
The days are shorter, the air is colder. Yet we work and reside in places that resist all of that.
So, what’s the deal? The answer is surprisingly simple:
It’s an echo of our history — we’re kinda programmed to stock up on the calories for winter!
But wait, does EVERYONE think that? Nope!
Other people think it’s just because of opportunity — the holidays are for feasting, so we feast!
Either way, no matter what you think, no matter the reason (both, we say), it results in getting heavier. And one of the easiest ways to avoid this (other than shutting yourself off from fun and happiness) is to pack in the protein INSTEAD of the carbs!
