Former New Jersey Nets baller Jayson Williams was arrested in Manhattan early Tuesday morning after slamming his SUV into a tree.
When the cops arrived, Williams was sitting in the passenger seat, which is kind of strange considering witnesses say he was driving and no one else was in the car.
Shady! Can’t wait to hear him explain that one!
The DWI incident isn’t Jayson’s first run-in with the law.
Back in 2002 he “accidentally” killed his driver with a shotgun, but when it went to trial the jury was deadlocked and is currently scheduled to be retried.
Way to keep your lawyers busy, Jayson.
