Being a unique diva in Hollywood can be tough — just ask Kelly Osbourne!
The TV personality proudly flaunts her quirky style and personality on the red carpet, TV, and even in Pharrell‘s music video for Marilyn Monroe, but it’s not always so easy to keep up such bankable confidence.’
Thank goodness, Kelly has famous friendzies to remind her just how beautifully unique she is!
During an EXCLUSIVE discussion about self-image, Kelly remembered:
“When I had a conversation with Pharrell one time, he picked out things about me that I was the most insecure about and said, ├óΓé¼╦£That├óΓé¼Γäós what makes you different and what makes you special.├óΓé¼Γäó It made me realize that I am different than a lot of people and that├óΓé¼Γäós okay! I don├óΓé¼Γäót want to be like them! I don├óΓé¼Γäót want to wear Ugg boots in the summer with a miniskirt! That├óΓé¼Γäós not my thing. Great for them if it├óΓé¼Γäós theirs, but why would you wear Ugg boots in the summer?! It├óΓé¼Γäós because everybody else is!”
IT is what makes her so special, isn’t it??!
Don’t get us wrong…
…we’re totally entertained by a bleach blondie in uggs and booty shorts on a hot day, but Kelly has an undeniable identity that we can all learn a little something from!
We LOVE watching her showcase her custom-built style from her lavender head down to her ever-changing toes!
And obviously if Pharrell is into it too, then it is WERKing! Right??!
MEANWHILE… we had asked her what, if anything, she was planning on for her next music venture. Her answer:
“I’m not allowed to talk about it! That’s all I can say!”
Um, WHAT? Can you not talk about it… because Pharrell won’t let you?! Maybe being in his Marilyn Monroe music video SPARKED something!!!
