EXCLUSIVE: Pregnancy Work Out Tips!

Kathy Kaehler author of Mom energy and fitness instructor has some pregnancy work out tips for perezcious reader Samantha!

Samantha was trying to loose wight before her pregnancy — but now that she is pregnant asks Kathy:

“Should I keep up my weight loss goal or just forget it?”

Here’s what Kathy says:

“First things first. Since you are expecting currently your focus right now should be about keeping your body as healthy as possible.

Eating a balance of good nutrition and staying active as long as your body feels good and your doctor okays your choice of activity. Do not think about shedding pounds at this point in the pregnancy. Once you have the baby and have clearance to get back into a regular workout routine I will have lots of suggestions for you in regards to exercise.

So, in short, being knocked up is NOT an excuse to further unhealthy habits, but it’s also not a healthy time for weight loss!
