Khloe and Lamar‘s shotgun wedding has the LA Laker up in arms over the prenup!
Kardashian and Odom are tying the knot today because E! is willing to foot the $1 mil bill for the wedding – only if it’s filmed on Sunday.
One major problem! Not enough time for the couple’s lawyers to draw up an adequate prenup!
Odom has requested for a “postnup”, but that might not even be necessary because insiders say Sunday’s wedding may not even be the real wedding!
Reports claim Khloe and Lamar will take part in a “non-binding ceremony” in which both parties will be required to sign an acknowledgement saying Sunday’s ceremony was not the official wedding. Once the “postnup” is ironed out, then they will sign the legal paperwork proclaiming them husband and wife.
This would allow Odom’s lawyers the time to draw up a postnup and save Odom’s $$$$$$ from being in jeopardy.
Smart!
However, lawyers for Kardashian and the Laker are reportedly already butting heads.
Drama already, gotta love it!
