Fart Charges Dropped

Battery charges against alleged West Virginia fart monster Jose Cruz were dropped on Thursday, according to a new report.

Cruz has denied fanning his gas at the alleged victim officer and county officials responded by dropping the charge.

He also said that officers denied his request to use a restroom when he first arrived at the station.

Cruz will still face the courts for drunk driving.
