According to a lawsuit filed by her Manhattan landlord, Faye Dunaway has been violating the rules of rent stabilization in her Upper East Side apartment.
The rules say in order for your rent to remain cheap, the apartment needs to be your primary residence.
But, according to documents dug up by the landlord, Dunaway lives in West Hollywood with California voter and vehicle registration. Wuh-oh….
Not only that, but Dunaway seems to be letting her son live in said apartment, which also violates stabilization rules.
If Dunaway were to move out, the landlord could rent the apartment at it’s current price — $2318/mo.
No comment from Dunaway.
We hope they resolve this. Faye is fab!
