Matilda, the Algonquin Hotel Cat, held a party to celebrate her 15th birthday. This party was a fashion show or course…but of course for cats only!
What better way to celebrate your 15th birthday than to have your friends dress up in silly outfits and parade around the hotel lobby!
John Fulton the host of Animal Planet show Must Love Cats was the emcee for the event.
Some of the cats were nervous when they came out on the runway, but to help calm them down before their debut was a CD called “relaxation music for my cat and me” playing in the dressing room.
Hopefully the kitty cats had as much fun as their owners did! LOL
