Fifth Harmony's Dinah Jane Hansen Bursts Into Tears As She Sings To Her Dying Great Grandmother -- So Many Feels

It’s been a whirlwind of a year for the girls of Fifth Harmony.
Not only have they experienced success with their debut album and wonderful highs in their career, they’ve also experienced some lows in their personal lives.

Earlier this year, Lauren Jauregui, lost her grandmother and now Dinah Jane Hansen‘s great-grandmother is in the hospital — and the singer is right by her side.
Milika Lolohea Amasio — songstress’ mother — shared her grandmother’s condition with fans on Instagram:

“My grandmother Sepi is dying.. It’s just a matter of time., bt I am so thankful that we were able to have her for the last 80 years! She is the heart of our family! a loving, hard working, and a giving person . She has a heart of gold and a smile that will light up a room! We love you so much grandma ├ó┬¥┬ñ├»┬╕┬Å”

Milika also posted a video of the 17-year-old singing to her great-grandma (below):
