Filipino Man Earns Shortest In The World Title

Ladies and gentlemen, the shortest man in the world!

He’s the son of an impoverished Filipino blacksmith, and he was just declared by Guinness to be the shortest man in the world. He just turned 18, defining him as an adult, and Junrey Balawing measures only 23.5 inches tall!
